Scope and Sequence
A scope & sequence is a summary of what is to be taught, and the sequence in which it will be taught. Many curriculums include overwhelming scope and sequence formats with excessive details and inefficient timelines. After using numerous reading, writing, and math curriculums, I decided to create simple and explicit Kindergarten Scope and Sequence maps. These maps span 34 weeks and serve as a guide for teaching essential Kindergarten skills, alongside the Science of Reading. I offer weekly and monthly schedules and templates, with or without themes, that are easily adjustable based on your needs. With the right guide, teaching Kindergarten can be a fulfilling and rewarding journey!
